2023 Riso Calendar

During my time in NYC I attended a Riso printing: Zines and Small Publishing class at SVA - School of Visual Arts. Here’s my final project: a super colorful 2023 calendar!

The cool thing about Riso is that even if you design everything on your computer / iPad, you still have a lot of manual work to do. You have to set the machine, change the drums, cut the paper when it’s printed, bind everything... And you never know how it will be the output. As a matter of fact, I wasn’t sure until the end if I would have made it, but I did! And the long process made me appreciate even more the final piece.
